    • Ask about the theme, style, and mood of the shoot.
    • Study reference photos or mood boards if available.
  2. Prepare Your Look
    • Stay hydrated and get good sleep the night before.
    • Groom (hair removal, nails, skin care) according to the requirements.

  3. Pack Smart
    • Bring a variety of outfits, shoes, and accessories—even if wardrobe is provided.
    • Include neutral colors and form-fitting clothing.

    • some posing may feel un-natural at first but look good on camera
  3. Facial Expression
    • Connect with your eyes. Think of a story or emotion.
    • Relax your mouth and jaw. Practice subtle changes.
    • Don’t be afraid to smile, smirk, or use intensity when needed.
  4. Body Language
    • Elongate your neck, relax your shoulders.
    • Use S-curves or dynamic lines with your body.
    • Keep tension out of your hands; let them flow naturally.
